About this Workshop
Nature has a remarkable way of slowing us down, sharpening our attention and helping creative writing emerge.
During this one-day workshop we’ll explore how the natural world can enrich our writing and spark original ideas. Through readings, guided writing exercises and time to write, you’ll discover fresh ways into your work, whatever genre you enjoy.
However, there is absolutely no requirement to write about nature. Rather, nature can be a doorway into mood, tone, place and even character.
Weather permitting, we’ll take some time outdoors. Please do dress for the weather.
